The best quality ingredients, locally sourced, carefully prepared, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented are the cornerstones of the delicious meals provided in a Ski Verbier Exclusive chalet. Our chefs are all professionally trained and very experienced, many of whom have worked in Michelin-star restaurants such as Le Gavroche, Chez Bruce, The Square, L'Enclume, Chewton Glen and Launceston Place to name but some. However, their greatest strengths are their passion for food and service.
Breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes, fabulous pre-dinner canapés and a 4-course dinner is generally what we offer. If you would prefer lighter suppers and/or children's teas, this can easily be arranged. Our chefs are always happy to speak to you on the phone before your arrival in Verbier to help them cater for any specific requests or individual dietary requirements that you may have.
